Week of 11-02-09
This week we will have one list for spelling and vocabulary.
Homework will be coming home each night, Monday through Thursday. Your child should write each spelling word that he or she cannot spell five times and write a sentence with 1/4 of the words each night. Monday night write a sentence with words 1-7, Tuesday is 8-14, Wednesday is 15-21 and Thursday is 22-28. Your child should be able to spell and read the words on Friday. There will be a vocabulary test and a spelling test each Friday as well as a math "Mad Minute" testing multiplication facts. Your child will practice the timed tests daily Mon-Thurs. and be tested on Friday. Please call or email if you have any questions.
